Where do I apply for a reward payout?

You can request a payout of the support you received from Reward payout on My page. You need to register a bank account in advance.

Application steps

1. Register your bank details in My page → Bank account
2. Open My page → Reward payout
3. Follow the prompts to apply

Requirements

1. The minimum is 2,000 points
2. A request covers all of your eligible points at that time (partial requests are not possible)
3. Points expire 180 days after you earn them. Points included in a request before they expire will not expire

Cut-off and transfer dates

Your transfer date depends on the day you apply (Japan time).

1. Applied on the 1st–15th → transferred on the 10th of the following month
2. Applied on the 16th–end of month → transferred on the 25th of the following month

The scheduled transfer date is shown when you apply and on the Reward payout screen. It may shift by a few days depending on bank processing.

Deductions

1. A platform fee of 30% (creators receive 70%)
2. A transfer fee of ¥500

The actual amount after deductions is shown on the Reward payout screen before you apply.
