Do coins expire?

Coins are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. Coins past their expiry are automatically forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.

If you buy coins in several batches, the ones closest to expiry are spent first (first-in, first-out). This way older coins are used naturally and are less likely to go to waste.

Avoiding expiry

1. Check each batch's expiry on the balance screen in My page
2. Use coins that are close to expiry sooner when sending items
