What are coins?
Coins are the in-service prepaid payment instrument used to send digital items to creators on FANPO. 1 coin equals ¥1, and you can buy from 100 coins (¥100).
Purchased coins are added to your account balance and are spent when you pick an item on a creator's profile and send it. You can check your balance anytime on the balance screen in My page.
How to buy coins
- Open "Buy coins" from the header or My page
- Choose the number of coins (amount) you want
- Complete the payment — coins are added instantly
Coins cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Coins are valid for 180 days from purchase. Please review the amount before buying.
