Can I get a refund on coins?
As a rule, purchased coins cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Coins are a prepaid payment instrument that can only be used within the service.
Handling of unused balances follows the disclosure based on the Funds Settlement Act. For handling in cases such as service termination, please see the Funds Settlement Act disclosure page.
Refunds are not available even for accidental purchases. Please review the amount and quantity carefully before buying.
